The design-based approach to co-create with nature

The Dutch Creative Industry invites you to join us on May 14th. We'll be showcasing the finest examples of our 'design-based approach' to co-create with nature and exchanging knowledge.

Centered in the MakerSpace, the program around the Dutch 'design- based approach' will take place. In addition to lectures, we will engage sessionsand workshops. This program is open to anyone interested. The sessions last approximately 1.5 hours, and you can register via this email address: mcbw@creatiefarnhem.com

Tuesday 14th

- Get your hands dirty, paint with natural materials, and hear the story about a new -sustainable- fashion system during the dye workshop by Hul Le Kes founder Sjaak Hullekes.

- Exchange ideas and explore collaboration with the NEWTEXECO research group, a leading Dutch program committed to researching a more sustainable value chain for textiles and fashion over the next eight years.

- Join designer Rosalie Apituley in this practical masterclass on a dynamic journey into weather-dependent energy consumption and learn to collaborate better with the weather

- Join the live conversation with directors from two leading design platforms in Europe. MCBW (Thorsten Buch) and Dutch Design Week (Vincent van Horst) will discuss what drives and impedes them in showcasing design for societal challenges.

- Raise a glass with us to new insights and collaborations at our joint networking event NLDrinks.
